Sub-bugHCK-17959 [C&M][PostgreSQL][Delta model] Missing Table and Container rename from the delta model

Summary

  • Make getEntityName() compMod-aware (prefer compMod.code.new / collectionName.new / name.new) so getRenameCollectionScriptDto emits ALTER TABLE … RENAME TO when role still holds the old table name.
  • Aligns with Studio services/forwardEngineering/ddl/utils/general.js and fixes combined table + column rename in one delta (TC004).

Affected paths

  • forward_engineering/utils/general.js (getEntityName, used by table rename, getFullTableName / column rename, and other alter-script helpers).

Test plan

  • Studio PR HCK-17959 adds renameTableAndColumn feature test (merge this PR first).
  • Manual: forward-engineer alter script from delta like TC004 (table + column rename) — expect table rename before column rename on the new qualified name.

Made with Cursor

Prefer compMod code/collectionName/name .new when building DDL so table
renames still emit when role carries the old technical name in the same
delta as column renames.
